A Rider-friendlier TTC

As the lifeline of Toronto public transition, TTC (Toronto Transit Comission) has been under the controversy of frequent delay, cleanness, safety and other concerns. This project focuses on the rider experience of TTC subway system to redesign a rider-friendlier commute choice.

A New Concept Chess APP

As part of the "Chao Yue Chess" APP product team, I was responsible for understanding user needs and designing new functions. I studied the need of players and existing chess APPs, and planned new function of a multi-dimensional level evaluation tool.

Spadina Museum, as part of Toronto Historical Museums, is the frontline of the City of Toronto's Decolonization Process. However, in the process of decolonization, the communication gap between the museum and visitors exists. This project seeks to understand the nature of this gap and make decolonization more accessible and understandable.
